I opened my little urn and fell in love with it. Then unfortunately I misplaced it and desperately required another one urgently. After many attempts emailing this company to no avail I had to purchase one from another company. However, only disappointment was the holding capacity, states approx 150, whereas it unfortunately didn't actually hold this mass upon filling. Other than this, beautiful purchase.
