We understand that when you make an order, you want your product as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!

We have experienced delays outside our control due to COVID-19 supply chain isssues. We will keep customers informed as best as possible.
When will I receive my order?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Warehouse picking and packing takes an additional 2–4 business days.
- Some of our urns are custom made to order and this takes approximately 20 business days. Customers will be advised on the product page and at checkout.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, depending on the shipping option selected (Free or Express delivery).
- Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
- Shipping price can vary and is advised at checkout.
- These times are estimates only. If you do not receive your purchase within 30 business days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion.
How can I track my order?
You will be notified via email of your order's tracking status.
Will I have to pay Customs and Duties?
Usually, there are no additional import costs imposed on customers. Most of the packages are low value and often marked as gifts.
However, we cannot guarantee that it will never happen. Therefore, customs duties may apply and customers are responsible for paying them.
